Bad experience. Dirty, broken shower, no space for breakfast. I don’t suggest to go!!!

Súper mal ya que pedía tarjeta de crédito para un depósito adicional de 100 dólares más los 96 que salió la reserva y en ningún lugar me decía eso aparte no tenía todo ese dinero en tarjeta y me no me quisieron recibir en efectivo me quedé en la calle tratando de solucionar una estadía y encima mala atención no me dieron ninguna a opción muy mal primera vez que me pasa yo necesito una respuesta y una compensación por lo que tuve que pasar espero respuesta si no borraré la aplicación

Lower end motel. Got what I paid for but for 1 night it was ok. "breakfast" is granola bar and coffee.

I have never seen hotel that super bad. I stayed for one night only and paid $120. I got pretty much traumatized. Walked into the room with fully of cigarettes smell(I’m not smoker), there’s no comforter or blanket, just a sheet. Normal hotel or model will give you at least 4 pillows, stuck with three pillows. Stain everywhere from kitchen counter to bathroom counter, to the carpets. Broken draws. Lastly, there’s roaches everywhere. ROACHES everywhere, different sizes of roaches! I don’t know how this hotel pass the health inspection or any type of inspection. But no, I will not stay there again. I do suggest people to think twice before booking.

I came to relax and I was able to do so. Only downside was my Furniture was broke in the room just the dresser but other then that. All was fine.

The staff there was nice but other than that not to much good about the place. Both side exit doors key swipe thing was broken so if you walked outside you couldn't get back inside except if you walked around to the front of the building. Then i was out out of my room for a bit and when i walked back in and turned on the lights within 5 min i saw and killed 3 roaches and 2 other bugs. They need to keep up with cleaning and spraying that place better cause now I'm afraid to take my bags into my house at home that i had there. Plus my tv remote didn't work

There is evidence of bed bugs in the rooms. Another guests complained to me about them and I was itching the whole night in my bed!!

They charge $100 deposit which I wasn't aware of and it's not documented anywhere. Then you don't get it back for 2 to 5 business days. Like what?! It's not worth all that at all!
